In today’s society where the church is consistently under attack by various sources, it is very important that our HACC churches have sound and compliant governance documents, policies and procedure in place. The HACC Electronic Resource Library is designed to make information readily accessible to currently active and licensed PAW ministers and churches regarding accounting, legal, tax and other matters which seriously impact and influence the structure and operations of churches and religious organization in the 21st century in the United States of America. The HACC Electronic Resource Library is intended to be a resource to which Pastors and leaders may instantaneously refer when confronted with an accounting, legal, tax or other problem and the need for key and pertinent information is immediately compelling and desirable.
